Calido Maris Hotel Ultra All Inclusive, Kizilot

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the cleanliness of the hotel stood out, and I enjoyed the spacious, well-kept room I had, the service left much to be desired. The food quality was generally unimpressive and repetitive, and the dining staff struggled with communication, which made dining frustrating at times. All in all, there were enjoyable aspects, but I wouldn’t say it was a smooth experience overall.

My week at Calido Maris was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the remarkable staff and a great pool setup that kept my kids entertained. While the dining options were decent, I think the drink selection could improve. With clean rooms and a variety of activities, it really exceeded my expectations for a family holiday.

However, we faced significant issues with room cleanliness at check-in, and the staff's attitude during our stay could be improved. The location is quite remote, affecting access to attractions, but the pool amenities were nice for family fun. Overall, while there were great aspects, the service could definitely use some enhancement.
